At Ingenuity we do collect certain items of information via our web site, this information allows us to see the effectiveness of our site. The particular items of information we collect for each visitor to our site are:

Date, Time, TCP/IP Address, Browser Type, Referring URL.

We do not collect any personal identification information. E.g. name, address, etc.

Information Confidentiality

If you have any queries or problems with our software we may sometimes ask you to send us data (for diagnostic purposes) from your system to aid us in understanding and locating the problem. We realise that some of this data may be confidential and so we treat all information of this nature as "Company Secret" by default. It is only ever used to diagnose the particular problem you raised with us. At no time will this information be used for any other purpose other than assisting us resolve the problem in question.

Email Addresses

Some visitors will enter their email address at our site usually to obtain a product activation key. We do keep this email address so that we can follow up your product evaluation.

We do not use cookies or web beacons on our site. Whilst we do track the pages you visit within the boundaries of our site, we do not provide tracking information to anyone else.

We do not sell, trade, or rent to others any information we collect about you.
